Microwave — under 30 seconds from room temperature, under 1 minute from frozen 2. Hot water — submerge max 80dc water for 10 minutes. If it is not warm enough, continue in 1 minute intervals, checking each time, until it reaches the temperature you want USE HEAT FOR: • Pain relief • Muscle relaxation • Menstrual cramps • Keeping warm in cold weather COLD — HOW TO USE: Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes, longer if you want it colder. The pack should not freeze solid like a block of ice — it should stay smooth and pliable so it can wrap around the body.
